Every sunday morning the same though haunts my mind: What can I have for breakfast that has protein and lasts me through my noon courses at the gym?

This morning my choice fell on a very versatile dish: muesli. You can see what it looked like above.

Recipe:

40 g natural full grain muesli mix (K-Bio Basis-Müsli)
5 g flax seeds
1 banana
150 mL milk
10-15 g protein powder of choice, I chose chocolate flavour

of course you can totally change it up to your liking regarding the fruit and the flavour of protein, that’s the great thing about it!
