I don’t know what it is, but somehow I don’t like having “real” food for lunch on Saturdays when I’m at home. People are weird. So instead I looked into my freezer and took everything fruity I could find to create a nice smoothie/(milk)shake.


  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 50 g frozen blueberries
  • 15 g frozen mango purree
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 200 mL milk

Throw it into a mixer and then let it whisk away.

Due to the frozen fruit it will be very thick, so if you don’t like that kinda thing, just add more milk or water..Don’t forget the straw! 😉
