Need a veggie infusion? Here ya go!
For 2-3 servings you need:
- 200 g cauliflower
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g cheese of choice
- 100 g creme fraiche
- 3 tbsp cream
- cut caulifower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces, cool in salted water for 7 minutes
- preheat oven to 180 °C. Mix half of the cheese (shredded), creme fraiche, and cream. Season with nutmeg and salt.
- drain the vegetables and put them into a casserole dish. Cover them with the cheese sauce, and put the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Tip: add diced ham for additional flavour like I did
