Need a veggie infusion? Here ya go!

For 2-3 servings you need:

  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g cheese of choice
  • 100 g creme fraiche
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • nutmeg
  1. cut caulifower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces, cool in salted water for 7 minutes
  2. preheat oven to 180 °C. Mix half of the cheese (shredded), creme fraiche, and cream. Season with nutmeg and salt.
  3. drain the vegetables and put them into a casserole dish. Cover them with the cheese sauce, and put the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.


Tip: add diced ham for additional flavour like I did
