One thing I miss a lot cutting carbs is pizza. Comfort food No. 1 for me, I have to admit. BUT thankfully there is a low carb version of everything!
The bottom of this pizza will be a lot softer than that of a “real” pizza, but the taste is still so good and you won’t feel like missing out.

For a baking sheet like above you need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese with herbs
  • salt
  • provencal herbs
  • 8 tbsp sieved tomatoes
  1. dough/pizza bottom: seperate egg whites from the yolks. salt the whites and whisk until stiff. Mix egg yolks with salt, pepper, herbs and the cream cheese. Gently fold in the stiff egg whites. Spread on baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 °C.
  2. sauce: just mix the tomates, salt, pepper, and herbs. bam.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza bottom, garnish with your fav topping and cheese. Place it in the oven for another 20-25 minutes
