I’ve never eaten oats as a kid. Not because I didn’t like them, but because my mum never offered them to me. So if you have kids, go make them a jar of this recipe, they will thank you 😉

For 1 serving you need:

  • 40 g oats
  • 50 mL milk
  • 65 g yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 5 g flax seeds
  • 25-30 g raspberries
  1. mash everything together, leave the raspberries as topping, if you want
  2. put into the fridge over night and eat the next morning
