One thing that keeps us from eating healthy stuff is that we have to put some work into getting it. That’s where meal prepping comes in. Especially when it comes to drinks, it gets very easy.
Just buy a bunch of different fresh fruit (frozen is also good), chop it up, and combine to your taste in different bags. Put it into the freezer and take it out whenever you want.
For some inspiration I will tell you what’s in my bags up there.
- 1 1/3 oranges
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
Of course this will be very think when blended, so add as much water or milk as you like 🙂
